The November 3rd meeting was called to order at 7:30 with 16 members present.

The  Secretary's report was read and approved

The Treasurer's report was read with bills paid of $300 for trailer welding, $200 for Max Promotions for club shirts and $320 for libility insurance, for a total of $1152.31 plus a CD of $1536.01.  There were still $266 in checks not processed as of this meeting.  Treasurers report was approved.

 November Sweepstakes will be November 22 from Noon til 6:00pm.  Setup will be here at the Emergency Management Building.

  Brian is looking for a few more members to join the SD Link Monitoring Team.  Help is needed on Saturdays and Sundays and you can set up your own times.  Go to Brians Website (www.kc0vde.com) for more details. He's going to travel to Watertown to see if they maybe interested in joining as well.

Brian has gotten a counter top and stands and some wood for the trailer for no charge.  This will go into the club trailer and the trailer will be complete and ready  to use.

Still taking orders for club polo shirts, cost is $30 (more for 2X and up) if interested contact Brian at the December meeting.

Discussion on a Coax Cable making party was discussed with interest from the club.  There are club members here that can make them and have the necessary tools to do so.  The cost is approx.  $.27 a foot for RG-8 coax cable and $2.00 each for connectors.  You can never have to much coax.  No date as of yet has been set but will decide at the December meeting.  Let Brian know if you are interested at the December meeting and how many feet and connectors you will need for what you are making.

The next newsletter is getting ready to come out and if you would like to add some information or have a story that you would like to put in it email it to Brian ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The tuner for the the 897 is not working and will get shipped to LDG for repairs.

November Net Control will be Connie and Don will be doing it on the 3rd Tuesday.
